Here to Help

Our Mission

The Amigos de Europa Association is based in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), although its scope of action is the whole of Andalusia.

Our objectives are:

 – To improve European relations based on a model of sustainable development.
 – To contribute to the conservation and protection of Natural Spaces.
 – To investigate and implement projects that have a special relation with ecotourism, alternative and rural tourism, ecological agriculture and environmental activities or those others that serve as content for the different editions of European Programmes and that have their geographical scope in the European Union.

Because we are convinced that the best strategy to conserve Nature is to promote sustainable development.

Partnership

We are always at the mercy of reciprocal collaboration with local entrepreneurs using the right practices for mutual benefit. Do not hesitate to contact us to find the best option for us to work together.

Our Organization

AELV since its foundation in 1998 by participants of the Leonardo da Vinci mobility programme has been improving its management system in mobility programmes, both in sending and hosting programmes, participating in conferences and seminars as an example of good management and quality in mobility programmes.

AELV has been committed to the improvement of human resources, increasing professional skills and experiences, in order to prepare young people to face a job in different business fields and to encourage their cultural and personal development.

Jose

Jose

Coordinador Internacional

Founder of AELV (1998), with a background in computer science (Seville) with a passion for sports and outdoor flight to direct our European operations. I oversee all Erasmus+ and ESC initiatives—including VET hosting, youth exchanges, and sports mobility. By applying workflow automation and process engineering, I streamline project execution and scale international partnerships efficiently across Europe.

Marco

Marco

Youth Worker

I coordinate and draft Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects, particularly in the areas of youth, vocational training, sports, inclusion, and international mobility.

At AELV, I manage European projects, host VET students, organize youth exchanges, oversee Erasmus+ Sport projects, and coordinate with partners, companies, educational institutions, and international participants.

In addition, I help associations, organizations, and companies scale their work through automation, process acceleration, and digital marketing. I design systems to organize tasks, capture leads, integrate tools, automate workflows, and transform slow processes into more agile and efficient structures.

My goal is clear: to create impactful European projects and help organizations work better, communicate better, and grow with smarter systems.

Mariano

Mariano

Youth Worker

My goal is to give thousands of young people the opportunity to explore the world and learn in the best way possible: by embarking on an adventure. Together with my team, we organize the best international experiences for young people through the Erasmus+ program, where I develop and coordinate European projects and recruit participants and CES volunteers.

Passionate about technology and education, I strive to modernize solutions while prioritizing the well-being of the population. An activist at heart, I seek to bring opportunities to the underprivileged and give them a chance to shine in their own way.
