Management & Asistance
AELV offers assistance at different stages of the programme:
Project preparation:
– Project drafting support and proposal submissions.
– Promotion of the project and the partnership.
– Assistance in the selection and preparation of participants.
During the project:
– Help with Transfers from/to the airport and local transport solutions;
– Help in finding accommodation for participants in fully equipped flats or host families;
– Intensive language courses and certificates (with native teachers, innovative teaching methods and materials);
– Search and matching between participants and host entity/company (local phase) in order to complete a work experience;
– Training programmes or cultural visits;
24 hours availability;
– Assistance to project management and follow-up (by implementing corrective actions).
At the end of the project:
– Evaluation of the project
– Issuance of certificates (participation in the project, traineeship certificate, certificate of attendance of language courses and Europass).
– Final report (in printed and digital version and/or email);
– The use and dissemination of the project results.

European Programmes: ERASMUS+, European Voluntary Service, Youth for Europe, Commenius.
European Programmes
ERASMUS+: it is aimed to meet the teaching and learning needs of all those involved in vocational education and training, as well as the institutions and organisations that provide or facilitate such training. And to promote among young people diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, common values of freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights, as well as projects fostering media literacy, critical thinking and youth initiative; to equip youth workers with the competences and methods for their professional development, including digital youth work, necessary to transmit the fundamental common values of our society, especially to hard-to-reach young people, and to prevent the violent radicalisation of young people.
EUROPEAN SOLIDARITY CORPS (ESC): is a platform of the European Union’s youth portal that offers volunteering opportunities to young people to help solve challenging situations across Europe and aims to foster solidarity in Europe. By providing a learning experience in the field of non-formal education, where young volunteers improve or acquire competences for their personal, educational and professional development as well as for their social integration.
